Camera Controls

Navigate the 3D scene using your mouse or trackpad. The controls below cover the common camera actions.

Orbit

Left-click + Drag

Rotate the camera around the scene to view the stacking from different angles. The camera orbits around the center point.

Zoom

Scroll Wheel

Scroll up to zoom in for detailed inspection, or scroll down to zoom out for an overview of the entire stack.

Pan

Right-click + Drag

Move the view horizontally and vertically without changing the viewing angle to focus on specific areas.

Touch Device Support

On touch devices: Use one finger to orbit, pinch to zoom, and two fingers to pan.

Tips for Best Results

Detailed Inspection

Zoom in and orbit around to check that all boxes are properly positioned and there are no overlaps or gaps.

Overall View

Zoom out to see the complete stacking pattern and verify the overall utilization of the carrier space.

Check All Sides

Rotate the view to inspect the stack from the front, back, and sides to ensure accessibility for loading.

Export for Reference

Generate PDF instructions before loading to have a physical reference during the actual stacking process.

Troubleshooting

3D Viewer Not Loading

The 3D viewer requires WebGL 2 support in your browser. If you see a message saying the viewer is unavailable, your browser may have WebGL disabled or your graphics hardware may not be supported.

Try these steps:

Enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings
Update your graphics card drivers
Try a different browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
