Upgraded Placement Instructions

A new generation algorithm surfaces every placement step, a redesigned progress indicator tells you how long the export will take, and imperial units are now fully supported.

Placement instructions just received a handful of improvements aimed at making the exported document more complete and the wait for it more pleasant.

A Smarter Generation Algorithm

The placement instructions document is now produced by a new generation algorithm. Previously, certain placement steps could be missing from the exported document, which occasionally left small gaps in the instructions. That is no longer the case -- every step of the load is now included, from the first box to the last.

A Better Progress Indicator

No more waiting for an export without any sense of how long it will take. The new progress indicator gives you a clear view of how much work is left and how close you are to being done, with a short status update once the document reaches its final assembly stage.

Imperial Unit Support

Placement instructions now support the imperial unit system. If you have selected inches and pounds in your profile, the exported document will match your preference. Metric users see no change.
